Nishant Ingole

Nishant Ingole is the Founder of BreakThrough HR, a business consulting firm focussed on enhancing growth of business performance by leveraging its people. Prior to starting BreakThrough HR in 2008, Nishant has been providing leadership and direction to the HR teams for multiple companies in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Construction, BPO, Call Centre, Information Technology, Cinema Exhibition sectors. Prior to his independent consulting practice, Nishant was heading HR for Adlabs Films Ltd. for their cinema business. During his various corporate assignments he has been responsible for managing and developing people systems for large, medium and small organisations with manpower strengths ranging from 150 to 3000 people spread across multiple locations.

Since 2005, Nishant has successfully provided consulting solutions to his clients in areas such as Systems Design, Organisation Design, Organisation Structuring, Manpower Planning and Sizing, Performance Management, Organisation Development, Competency Mapping and Assessment Centres, Organisation Climate Surveys, establishing HR departments, HR Audits, Job Definition, Organisation Diagnostics, Attrition Management Strategy among others.

Nishant brings all his learning over 16 years in providing solutions to various clients in their people management areas. He favours practicality and practicability in proposing any solution. Effectiveness in achieving the stated and unstated expectations from clients is a key-word that he strives towards.

Nishant is a B.Com and Masters in Business Administration from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (JBIMS) one of the premier business schools in India.

Kumar Jagtiani

Kumar Jagtiani is a Principal Consultant and a key consulting team member of BreakThrough HR. Actively involved in HR consultancy services since 1999, Kumar has worked with a number of leading Indian and multinational companies in the areas of competency based assessment, development of talent for enabling individuals and organizations, business performance enhancement, systems design and its implementation in various areas in HR.

Kumar has contributed significantly in areas like organization diagnostics, organization design and performance management for several industry verticals. He is also a trained Assessor for Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP), a globally used technology-enabled simulation based competency assessment system. He has conducted assessments of middle and senior management teams for several large corporates in India, Tata Administrative Services, Bharat Petroleum, Crompton Greaves, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, and Voltas being a few.

Prior to consulting, Kumar has worked in companies such as L&T, Thyssen Krupp, and Bajaj Electricals where he setup and headed the Power Tools Division of the Black & Decker-Bajaj joint venture. His analytical abilities combined with process orientation enabled him to establish the Black & Decker-Bajaj brand with a significant market share in India. He has also utilized his entrepreneurial skills in successfully starting and running a manufacturing unit producing domestic electrical appliances.

Kumar holds a graduate degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Stern Business School, New York University.
